MALENA TEVES is the lead singer for The Hidden Variable. She is a classically trained Coloratura Soprano. Previously, she sang on The Fabulous Lorraine's album, Mirror Mirror. Together, they founded Aranya Records. The duo met when Malena co-hosted 13 Nights of Fright with Neil Gaiman on FOX. In addition to singing, Malena is an actress, model and fashion designer. Her first line by Alter Ego will be out this Halloween.
 
CHRIS EWEN is the musical force behind Future Bible Heroes, the dark electropop band he founded with Stephin Merritt and Claudia Gonson, both of The Magnetic Fields.
So far, Future Bible Heroes have released two full-length albums: “Memories Of Love” (Slow River/Ryko) & “Eternal Youth” (Instinct), and 3 EPs: Lonely Days (Slow River/Ryko), “I’m Lonely (And I Love It)” (Merge) & “The Lonely Robot” (Instinct) which contains remixes from “Eternal Youth” by Daniel Miller, Soft Cell & Client, among others. They have also appeared on several compilations, notably “12 Tales”, “Reproductions: Songs of The Human League” and “Where’s Neil When You Need Him?”
In the ‘80’s and early ‘90’s, Chris was the keyboardist for the band Figures On A Beach, releasing two albums on Sire/Warner Bros.,as well as several indie E.P’s More recently, Chris has appeared on The Magnetic Fields 3 cd opus “69 Love Songs”, does sound design for websites & video games, contributed the title music for Neil Gaiman’s “A Short Film about John Bolton” DVD, composed soundtracks for the short films of 99th Mind, and remixed tracks for The Crüxshadows, My Favourite, Boy In Static and Freezepop. He is also a goth/industrial and new wave/electropop DJ in the Boston area, and was the resident DJ at the now legendary (and, for the moment, closed) nightclub ManRay.
 
LORRAINE GARLAND is a a hell of a jazz violinist. She is best known for her entertaining. Lorraine can get on the stage without an instrument and have the bar on fire all night. She formed the following bands: The Flash Girls, Folk Underground, and Lorraine a' Malena. She also founded Fabulous Records in 1994. During the day, Lorraine enjoys her job as Neil Gaiman's executive assistant.
 
CLAUDIA GONSON is a drummer, vocalist and pianist in The Magnetic Fields, as well as their manager. She is also a singer in Future Bible Heroes. Her former bands include The Zinnias and  Lazy Susan, and she has appeared with cult bands Tender Trap and Honey Bunch as well as collaborated with author Rick Moody.
 
COSEY FANNI TUTTI Musician and artist Cosey Fanni Tutti began her career as a visionary performance artist and is a founding member of Throbbing Gristle. She’s been creating music and video with partner Chris Carter under the name Chris & Cosey since 1981, most recently performing and recording as Carter Tutti. Their joint musical and video collaborations, some 32 albums, have met with continuing international success.
1994 marked Cosey's re-entry into the art world and she has exhibited works internationally since then. She now works closely with and is represented by Cabinet, London. Her art practice takes its place alongside her continuing music work with Chris Carter and the 2003 re-grouping of Throbbing Gristle along with their continuing performances and recordings .
